The Anti-Ageing Effects of Moringa

They do so by pursuing such damaged skin cells and effectively eliminating them. Furthermore, the high nutritional content of Moringa facilitates the production of elastin and collagen which are the stepping stones to younger looking skin.

Moringa and Avocado Face Mask


1 tablespoon of Moringa powder
1 ripe avocado (mashed)
1 tablespoon honey
1 tsp of lemon juice or water


In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together. Apply the mixture evenly to your face, making sure to avoid the delicate eye area. Leave the mask on for 15 – 20 minutes. Rinse off the mask with warm water to reveal beautiful skin!
